Finn stays in the Hudson River on the Morris Canal at the north end of Liberty State Park. Liberty State Park is without a doubt one of the country's most dramatic parks. It has a sweeping view of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River
.
It is located just off the New Jersey Turnpike at exit 14B.

It is set right behind the Liberty Island. Here, from 1892 through 1954, the Statue of Liberty welcomed immigrants from northern, southern and eastern European countries, among others, into the United States.

After being greeted by the Statue of Liberty and processed at Ellis Island, these immigrants purchased tickets and boarded trains at the Central Railroad of New Jersey (CRRNJ) Terminal that took them to their new homes throughout the United States.

The Liberty Science Center is located near the entrance to the park. It is an exciting, interactive, children's science museum, with exhibits on inventions, health technology and the environment. There is also a huge IMAX dome theater.

At the north end of the park is where Finn berths. Its slip is on E dock in Liberty Landing Marina.

Finn has been here for over two years now. We moved aboard full time
back in September of 2000. Every weekend there has been a new adventure
- three blimps in the sky at once, hang gliders, kayakers, cruise ships,
air craft carriers, park events, OpSail 2000, endless fireworks displays,
and of course the many friends we have made at Liberty Yacht Club. While
we look forward to our big adventure. We will never forget our time at
Liberty Landing Marina.
